Hello lovely merfolk!
Even though I've been super quick to ship out purchases, you may have noticed I haven't been as active posting, adding new creations, or marketing my jewelry over the winter as I was last summer. That's because I've been a slave to the night shift (I work at the local ski area as a snowcat operator - aka I groom the slopes to that corduroy perfection). Don't get me wrong, I LOVE working at the ski area (Eaglecrest in Juneau, AK) and being a snow bum, but between work, sleep, and being an adult, it hasn't left me much time for growing my little jewelry shop.
I've still been making custom orders and occasionally getting creative in the 'Blue Lagoon' (what I call my electroforming tank) but haven't been adding a ton of new wearable art to my online shop.
I've also not been able to participate in local craft markets since I work weekends too, but that's all about to change!
The ski area closes next weekend so be on the lookout for an AK Mountaintop Mermaid overload! Ok, so I won't be going TOO crazy, but I have LOTS of ideas that I want to bring to life and I'll be back to creating new pieces on the daily.
